There are 3 distinct towers in Raheja Galaxy – each with separate agreements, RERA timelines, and possession dates. Configurations: 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 3 BHK Large.

Tower 2 – Constella

Possession: July 2028 | Configurations: 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 3 BHK Large

Tower 3 – Altair

Possession: July 2028 | Configurations: 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 3 BHK Large

Tower 4A – Celina (New Launch)

Possession: March 2030 | Configurations: 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 3 BHK Large

1. Reservation & Booking

All bookings are subject to availability and final acceptance by K Raheja Corp Homes. Terms vary by tower (Constella, Altair, Celina).

A non-refundable booking amount must be paid to confirm reservation. Amount varies by tower and configuration.

2. Payment Schedule

Payment plans are tower-specific and will be provided at the time of booking. All payments must be made on or before due dates to avoid penalties or cancellation.

3. Property Handover

Possession strictly as per RERA:

Any delay due to force majeure will be intimated with revised timelines as per RERA guidelines.

4. Use of Amenities

Amenities access is phased by tower possession. Full access granted post handover of respective tower. Usage subject to society rules for safety and resident welfare.

5. Maintenance & Common Areas

Maintenance charges commence post possession. Residents must adhere to upkeep, cleanliness, and usage guidelines for common areas.

6. Legal Documentation

Separate Sale Agreements will be executed for each tower as per applicable laws. Buyers are advised to consult legal counsel for tower-specific terms.

7. Modifications & Illustrations

K Raheja Corp Homes reserves the right to modify specifications, amenities, or plans without prior notice. Promotional materials are illustrative. Final terms as per agreement and RERA.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings as per the tower-specific agreement and applicable laws.
